Fuzz - Fuzz

Imagine, for a moment, that you're Black Sabbath in their prime. Your heavy, doom and gloom, stoner drone reputation is sky high. Minding your own business, you meet Iggy & The Stooges. You fall in love with their raw power, edge, and pure garage punk. You start talking, one thing leads to another, and before you know it you've shared the greatest, most passionate night together. From this one night, a child is born, bearing features of both of you. This new creature is spawn from the same garages, armed with the same grit and power as its parents, and just as heavy. Amps, effects, volume, all of it to the max. You've just given birth to Fuzz.

The three-piece heavy, hazy garage-punk band from Ty Segall, Roland Cosio, and Charles Moothart come from San Francisco, CA and harken back to the days of 1970s cloudy basements, listening to the "Paranoid" album over and over. Their eponymous debut album is everything advertised above and more.
